License Revocation

Customer requests to revoke their Opsview Monitor license activation.
Problem Copied
Customers may encounter activation errors indicating the license is already in use. The customer must raise a ticket with ITRS Opsview Support and provide a clear reason for the revocation request.
Solution Copied
The customer may raise a ticket with ITRS Opsview Support and request for their Opsview License Activation to be revoked but must indicate a valid reason why this needs to happen.
To Remove Revocation of License:

Go to Sentinel EMS and select Activations.

Look for the AID you need to revoke.

Once found, under actions, press Revoke Immediately.

Once Revoke Immediately pop-up shows up, insert Re-credit quantity, Yes on Send Notification, and if possible, the Ticket Number under Comments.
