Find and Replace String to a Different Value

• There’s a function to find a string using the Gateway Setup Editor Search function, however, replacing the string cannot be done using the GSE.

• The workaround is to perform a global replacement using a text editor that has replace functionality.

• Example: Notepad++

The process would be as follows Copied

1. Switch the gateway into XML mode.
2. Copy the contents of the view.
3. Paste into the text editor.
4. Replace all the strings.
5. Copy the result.
6. Paste the result again in GSE.
7. Switch the view to normal mode again.
