MDM Key - LCID Log Error

Context: The client has an error on their LICD logs Copied

 "INFO: LICD Requested Token [Binary:gateway: gateway1 Market_Data Class: plugin Item:market-data-monitor] is Unavailable"

Cause Copied

• This error occurs because the client is trying to use an MDM plugin without the MDM license.

Solution Copied

• They need to contact their sales manager to avail of this MDM plugin.

Note Copied

• To be able to use the MDM plugin, it should be purchased separately from your standard license.
• The Market Data Monitoring (MDM) plugin in Netprobe 6.0.x and newer does not require an application key file (mdm_appkey.txt) in the Netprobe directory to function. This additional requirement has been removed.
• However, if you do not want to upgrade your netprobe, we will need to know the hostId of the server to which you would like to add the MDM Key.
