Before beginning the installation process, review the compatibility matrix for ITRS Analytics.

Manual installations for ITRS Analytics are no longer supported. Please use the installation method compatible with your environment.

To install ITRS Analytics, complete the following general tasks:
- Make sure that your planned configuration meets the resource and hardware requirements.
- Choose the install option that your environment supports:
- Enable data access authorization.
If you encounter any error during the installation process, you can generate a support bundle from the ITRS Analytics admin console for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

The following recommendations are presented for general guidance. Nevertheless, the selection of the most suitable option should be based upon a thorough assessment of your specific business needs:
- BYO (Bring Your Own) options require existing Kubernetes infrastructure and more client-side responsibility.
- Embedded options simplify cluster setup, particularly for clients without Kubernetes expertise.
- Airgapped environments increase the complexity of setup due to manual transfer of installation bundles.
- All options use KOTS for installation, maintaining a consistent experience.
