METRIC UNKNOWN - Message Queue API call failed. Status 400: Bad Request

If the system time on the collector is wrong or otherwise does not match the system time on the orchestrator, you may see the METRIC UNKNOWN - Message Queue API call failed. Status 400: Bad Request message for service checks running against the collector.

Solution: Set correct system time Copied

Set the correct system time on the collector using whichever method your organization uses.
