Orchestrator

The orchestrator is the heart and brain of your Opsview environment. Among other things, the orchestrator:

• manages configuration
• hosts the Nginx webserver which provides the UI
• creates and distributes collection plans
• functions as a collector
• load balances connections to the Opsview database

In a word, it orchestrates your Opsview environment.

The orchestrator is always in its own collector cluster called Master Monitoring Server.
