OP5 time zone to local time zone

Users of OP5 can be distributed across multiple regions and time zones. By default OP5 uses the UTC time zone and all users will be presented with a time according to this time zone.

All time values are computed on OP5 Monitor server based on the timezone settings in the server and the /etc/php.d/50-op5-timezone.ini file so users will get the same time value which is UTC timezone.

It is not possible to change the time zone in order to match the users local time.
