When typing a user manually via XML or in the Textbox itself it produces an error.

- Solution Root Cause 1: Use the drop-down list to select the username.
This usually happens when you have not created a user under Authentication -> Users You should create a user first before assigning it a role. Additionally, editing the role via XML is not recommended; the new user should appear in the dropdown menu after it is created.
