Unable to remove unwanted Host(s) due to limited number of host license entitlement

Context: Copied

There are instances where a license has been renewed with lesser number of hosts against the actual setup thus run into issue once modification or removal of host(s) is performed.

Steps to resolution: Copied

• Get in touch with the Account Manager to inform the current situation of the client.
• With the Account Manager’s approval, provide a temporary license that can accommodate the existing number of hosts.

Note: It is important to carry out all the necessary removal of unused/decommissioned host(s) prior to license expiration date to have a smooth renewal of license according to the actual number of hosts required.
