Gateway Setup Editor error message: "Required Audit comment has not been provided?"

Problem:

Unable to save changes using the GSE setup. GSE error: “Required Audit comment has not been provided?”

Solutions:

Your gateway has validation hooks configured and that error is a custom error created by DB for gateway validation hooks.

You need to contact your Geneos administrators to check what that error actually means in your setup.
