Geneos [INTERNAL] - ITRS Foundation Exam FAQ

Clients are able take Geneos exams in order to gain accreditation. At present, the exams are hosted on training.itrsgroup.com

There are 30 questions in the Geneos exam.

The pass mark is 60%.

The time limit for the examination is 40 minutes.

Each question must be answered before moving on to the next question. There is not currently an option to review or change your answer once it has been submitted.

In the event that a candidate does not pass the exam, a reset is permitted. There is a maximum limit of 3 resets. If a candidate fails three times, they will need to re-enroll in the foundation course. Enrollment is only possible one month after the last failed examination attempt.

There is a period of 7 days before each reset attempt. The system is automated ITRS staff cannot reset an exam attempt.

Legacy courses refer to older versions of training materials or programs that have been replaced or superseded by newer versions, but are sometimes still accessible for specific users or purposes.
