Bloomberg B-Pipe, B-Pipe, ERROR: PRIMITIVE, string is not a pure double number

Dataview is garbled or Showing N/A as below

NetProbe Log file is displaying error messages like below

2023-03-07 11:54:40.016+0100 ERROR: PRIMITIVE -^X<84><BD><F6><FA>^?- string is not a pure double number

Root Cause 1: NetProbe version is old

Root Cause 2: The appropriate permissions to view BAMS pages have not been granted

Solution Root Cause 1:Upgrade NetProbe version to GA5.5 or later. A bug fix addressing garbled characters should resolve this.

Solution Root Cause 2: If N/A is being displayed this might be because the user configured in the plugin requires admin rights to view BAMS pages. This should be flagged with Bloomberg Support who will ensure the correct entitlements are in place.
