Active console is unable to read the remote connection file

Problem:

I’m attempting to run ITRS application from my laptop and I’m receiving the following error:

Active Console is unable to read the remote connection file.

The user’s problem may be specific to their former workspace.

Solution:

The most straightforward way to resolve this is to create a new workspace; there are often issues when reusing an old workspace that has been created, saved, or modified from an older version of ActiveConsole.
