Running low on Java memory, Active Console, Active console popup error
Reference: https://docs.itrsgroup.com/docs/geneos/current/visualization/active-console/configuration/startup-settings/index.html#Heading-overview The message means that x% of the virtual memory has been used in the JVM, and that the JVM has not run garbage collection yet.
To get this message you must be running in Debug mode. It is suggested that the console is busy consuming data from the connected gateways and that the best option would be to avoid running in debug mode to avoid the debug memory message.
If you experience lock-ups or disconnects from the gateway then a ticket should be raised with ITRS and a diagnostics file included. In general a memory increase and garbage collection are considered normal operations. We recommend that you always use the latest document version in https://docs.itrsgroup.com/ to keep you up-to-date.
