How to disable manual snooze function

Create a role that will add all other access except the snooze commands then use the existing role to add the snooze commands but without the manual snooze.

E.G.

In users, you can add the Created Role in “Role Properties”.

Note: You cannot apply any other roles together with the administrators role as it is a reserved role that has access to all gateway features. This is why we created 2 roles for the Application User.
