How to disable user from accessing Gateway Setup Editor (GSE) ?

The setup would be done from GSE -> Authentication -> User

To disable a user from opening/accessing the Gateway Setup Editor (GSE), but still be able to view the Active Console (AC), remove all of that user’s “Permissions” and Role Properties, and just enable the “Allow login” option in the Basic tab and the “Allow system auth” in the Advanced tab. The following is a sample user configuration.
