Active Dashboard - How to ungroup a grouped item on the dashboard?

Check the ‘Atomic group’ property in the Group Properties (right click on the object, select Properties), the flag needs to be Off to ungroup

The problem may also be caused by an outstanding defect to do with orphaned lines, which can be fixed by directly modifying the XML.
