Software Key Filename

An Opsview (version 6) software key/license file is located within the below structure and will normally mirror the software key name itself.

## ls -l /opt/opsview/licensemanager/etc/licenses

On the occasion that this is not the case, it may be that the customer has performed an Offline/Manual Installation or migrated from another product such as OP5.

If you are looking to reactivate your Opsview software and may not locate your software key information and it does not mirror this file name, then you may contact ITRS support to retrieve this.

NOTE: This will be sent via a secure link and usually only to the named contact on that software key itself (shown internally to ITRS support).
