- How to generate a Foundation in Geneos Accreditation Exam Report?

- Ask the requester for conditions to narrow down the list, i.e., certification date, expiration date, email address, etc.
- Make sure the requester is authorized to make the request and receive the list. We are sending them personal data, which could create a potential breach of GDPR.
- In this particular exercise, we are going to use Citi as an example organization since it’s common for them to ask for the list.

Access the Admin Menu: Click “Menu” and select “Admin”.
- Navigate to Reports: Under “Admin”, go to “Reports” and then “Certificates”.
- Filters for the Report: In the “Add filter” option, specify the required filters (e.g., email address contains ‘citi’).
- In the “Display Columns” section, uncheck “Department” and check the box next to “Email Address”.
Note: Email addresses are included so that we can check if there are other email addresses that should not be included.
- Generate Report: Click the “Generate Report File” button to create the report file. Choose the desired format (e.g., Excel).
- Download Report: Wait a few seconds and then click the “Download” button.
- Access Report: You can view the report by opening the file or via your Downloads folder.
IMPORTANT: Scan the report and make sure no other organizations are copied before you send it out to the requester
