How to list users on a Windows host?
To list all users on a Windows host you can create a custom PowerShell script and use the Toolkit plugin.
The attached sampler at the bottom will list all the users defined on the host along with its session status. Below is an example of the dataview: 
From this you can create a rule to alert if the rowName is allowed or not allowed on the host, or a user should be active or not during certain times.
