Netprobe -Toolkit Sampler Auto refresh Issue

Context:

The client’s Toolkit sampler does not automatically refresh when a bad sampling condition occurs after five iterations. They are inquiring about how to configure the system to allow sampling to continue rather than stopping upon failure.

Conclusion:

The behavior observed is expected and aligns with the default Netprobe functionality. When a script fails to return output or exceeds the defined timeout for five consecutive sampling intervals, the Netprobe automatically disables sampling for that specific toolkit instance to prevent resource wastage and repeated failures. At this point, there is no other option to automatically resume sampling without user intervention, as the failure condition indicates an underlying issue that requires attention. Consequently, the client may notice missing or stale data. To resume sampling, one of the following actions must be taken:
