Gateway - Dimension too long issue

Example log error:

WARN  com.itrsgroup.collection.ca.workflow.pipelines.WorkflowPipeline(metrics) - Dropping invalid data point: DIMENSION_TOO_LONG

Fix: The number of dimensions must be at least one and no more than 32, all keys must non-blank up to 64-character longs, and values non-blank up to 128 characters long.

This also includes row names/headline cells, as well as anything that changes frequently in the DataView. Things like PIDs, timestamps, and other constantly updating values can create temporary entries that disappear quickly and may not be useful in the long run.
