It has come to our attention that versions GA7.3.x and GA7.4.x of FIX Analyser 2 Netprobe may crash intermittently. The following error may be written to the log file.

Possible causes Copied

• The FIX Analyser 2 Netprobe has been updated with PCRE2 library, which may have created an unexpected side effect. It is under investigation that the issue may occur when multiple files are being monitored with “Input Text Filters” enabled.

Possible solutions Copied

• The issue has been fixed in Geneos version GA7.5.0.
• Users are advised to exercise caution when trying to upgrade FIX Analyser 2 Netprobe to version GA7.3.x and GA7.4.x.
