Meaning of SSO Agent INFO log entry with an Error

Description

INFO io.undertow.session - Request Error: invalid_grant

• Any domain-connected Windows machine is likely to have the correct time, but the agent might not. it might be time between AC2 and SSO-Agent is not in sync.
• This happens when the Active Console and Gateway try to connect to an SSO Agent that is not running

INFO io.undertow.session - Error Details: Invalid ‘request_source’ in authorisation token

• It means that the token that was returned upon authorization did not match the request source.
• The IP address of the Active Console does not match. This resulted in the log-in error you encountered.
• Also related to load balancer IPs and might be routing/switching on these machines.
