Webdashboard - What does GLIBC_2.4' not found mean when Geneos Web dashboard starts up?

The error can occur if you are trying to install Geneos Web Server on an outdated operating system. In this case, the error occurred on a RHEL 4 machine with an older GLIBC library (i.e. libc-2.3.4.so), which is lower than GLIBC 2.4 specified in the error message.
