How to get the OS, Gateway and Netprobe versions without going to the server

You can use the Active Console to find this information easily.

Here are the steps:

1. Connect to the Gateway you are working on in the Active Console.
2. Go to the Active Console (dataview area), then hit Ctrl+F. This will bring up the Search window.
3. Select the Probe option under Search for: field then enter the netprobe name on the With name: field and click Search.

4. Close the Search window then check the Search Results pane. From there, you can check the Netprobe, Gateway, and OS version.
