NetProbe - How to check if log file is updated in a certain span of time

You can set a Not Updated In key on your FKM plug-in that checks if the file you have specified has been updated in a certain time period in seconds (such as 30 minutes = 1800 seconds).

Table and key configuration is fkmTable > keys > key > setKey > notUpdatedIn. The notUpdatedIn key type is the inverse of the updated key above. This key can be used to alert users if the associated file has not been updated for a period of time. The value of this setting specifies this period as a number of seconds. It is not mandatory.
