Web Dashboard - Dashboards get deleted after restarting the Web Server or Web Dashboard

The dashboards get deleted because they are not being referenced anymore in the config.xml.

This usually happens when upgrading a Web Dashboard. To prevent this, follow the steps mentioned in the Web Dashboard guide.
