Does the SQL-Toolkit plug-in still connect to the database in manual sampling mode even if I don't click Sample Now?

In version GA5.5 (COL-7602) and above, Netprobe no longer opens a database connection when loading a new SQL Toolkit plugin. The connection is initialized when sampling is needed.

In older versions, the SQL-Toolkit would connect to the database when the Netprobe is initialized. This included SQL-Toolkit samplers configured with manually sampling (Sample Interval set to 0).
