Using the Customer's Download Portal
The Download Portal provides a quick way for customers to access and download all the files needed to install the application.

Log in to the Vendor Portal.

Navigate to the Customers > Search customers field, find a specific customer in your portal (for example,
ITRS-Engineering
in the demo). Then, open your customer’s profile. -
Generate a password for the Download Portal.
Note
If you already have a password, you can skip this step. Please remember that each customer account has only one password. For instance, all members accessing
ITRS-Engineering
will use the same password.Generating and saving a new password will immediately log out all current users of the Download Portal. You will then need to log back in using the new password.
- Click Manage customer password.
- Click Generate to create a secure and unique password.
- Copy and save the generated password.

Click Visit download portal to launch the customer’s Download Portal.

Download the required files.
- Navigate to the Bring my own Kubernetes tab.
- Download the necessary files and bundles

(Optional) You can change the Channel (for example, Stable, Unstable) and the App Version if needed before downloading.
