[INTERNAL] How To Check Status Of Zendesk Support, Explore, Chat, Talk and other Zendesk Apps
If you notice performance issues with any of the Zendesk tools we use, you can check by performing the following steps:
- Proceed to https://status.zendesk.com/
- Key in the ITRS subdomain, itrs.zendesk.com, then hit the button Check Status
- From the above screenshot, it shows that our system is hosted on Pod 29
- To get an email of incidents related to our pod, hit subscribe button and provide your email address
- The below image is an example of the report you’ll see when you visit the Zendesk Status site
- More than just the above, there’s also a narrative of Recently Resolved Incidentswhich you can read about.
- Lastly, if the incident you’re experiencing is not listed, you may report this to Zendesk by clicking on the hyperlink Tell us.
