[INTERNAL ITRS ONLY] New accounts can't access Zendesk support agent's portal
After creating a support account in Zendesk, the user is unable to access the Zendesk Support Channel
Possible cause(s) Copied
- The user’s role in Zendesk Admin is incorrect
- The user’s “User Type” is incorrect (Can be found in the User’s profile)
Possible solution(s) Copied
- Confirm what access should be provided to the user
- The User type should be “Staff member”
