[INTERNAL] RMB - Add User into ITRS Analytics - Procedure

Please be aware client RMB Bank in South Africa have an ITRS Analytics instance which is hosted in AWS Cloud. CS Principal staff have access to the AWS instance.

There may be tickets raised by RMB wanting to add their colleagues to get access to ITRS Analytics.

Any tickets raised should be closed and then flagged up to Cedric Roumilhac or Dave Randall who can action adding RMB users to ITRS Analytics. In the absence of Dave/Cedric this can be also handled by Cloud-Ops staff (Duncan Ferguson) however you may need to involve Rowan (or the Sales manager for RMB) to get approval.
