Active Console - Item showing as deleted in Event Ticker / Event Table

Problem Copied

• Database Logging Event Table showing item as deleted, Event Ticker showing item as deleted

Possible Cause(s) Copied

• Item deleted is either reported in the Database event table or the Event Ticker in the Active Console. This occurs because a cell is in a warning or critical state and then that cell is removed from the view. This can happen with the scenarios below.
  • FKM alerts which are cleared
  • Dynamic plugins such as Toolkit, RMC-Interface and API plugin dataviews / rows being removed
  • NetProbe is restarted

Possible Solution(s) Copied

• Take off rules from trigger details cells in FKM
• Review usage of rules on dynamic plugins
• Add housekeeping exercise to remove deleted item entries from the database event table
