Database Logging not working
This issue is related to the following errors:
- Database logging not working
- Database export not working
- Database icon with a red cross
- Database error in
gateway.log
Database Logging is not working after configure the database logging section in Gateway Setup Editor. The possible solutions are the following:
- Check the
Gateway-DatabaseLoggingplugin details to verify status. For more information, see Database logging. - Check Connection Status value in Gateway-DatabaseLogging plugin. If this displays
Not-Connected, check the Gateway Log for possible errors. For more information, see Support article My Gateway is not logging to a database.
