How to fix ORB_SYNCH_FAILED_EVENT error running the Licence Auditor tool
When running the Licence Auditor tool the following errors are observed and the audit process does not complete successfully.
This will happen because the Client connection requirements section has been set to a version that is newer than the Audit tool version. In the above screenshot the Licence Audit Tool version is GA5.10 but in the screenshot below the Minimum Active Console version is GA5.14.0
The workaround would be to modify the minimum Active Console version to the Licence Audit tool version that is being run e.g GA5.10.0.
