Rule - Adding two active times

Context:

Why does the cascaded active time show as inactive in View Rule?

Conclusion:

The client has two Active Times configured and inquired why one remains inactive despite the time and date settings appearing correct. Analysis and testing indicate that the second Active Time is treated as inactive due to an overlap with the first Active Time. This behavior is consistent with system design, as confirmed during replication. It is recommended to adjust the Active Time configuration to eliminate the overlap and ensure proper activation of both periods.

Other option:

Another option is to modify the Active Time (tca_sampler_logfiles) to cover the time range you want to exclude. For further details, you can refer to our documentation on Active Time.
