INTERNAL - Geneos Legacy Courses and New Training Path
Introduction:
The Introduction to Geneos andFoundation in Geneos are now designated as Legacy Courses.
Legacy courses refer to older versions of training materials or programs that have been replaced or superseded by newer versions, but are sometimes still accessible for specific users or purposes.
By default, the training platform hides legacy content from new users, directing them to the updated Geneos courses instead.
New users should enroll in the available Geneos Fundamentals course.
For now, Tech Comms has removed the rule that hides the exam from new users, which means that new users can access the exam for the time being. The training path would be: Geneos Fundamentals -> Foundation in Geneos Accreditation Exam.
They’ll keep us posted if anything changes, especially since there are plans to revamp the exam.
The corresponding exam can be found under Catalog > ITRS Products > Geneos > Legacy in the training portal.

Other legacy courses will remain hidden for new users. Please continue recommending them to take the new courses if needed. |
