MinTLSversion parameter not present in Windows netprobe service startup options

Problem Copied

A user installed a Windows netprobe with minTLSversion set to 1.2 using the /verysilent installation option.

However, upon viewing the netprobe service, the minTLSversion parameter is missing from the ‘Path to executable’

Cause Copied

• **Root Cause:**The minTLSversion parameter is not added to the netprobe service’s startup options. Instead, it is added to the netprobe’s registry keys and values.
