Settings from an include file not reflecting

Gateway and Gateway Setup Files.

Problem Copied

A user was trying to configure the Gateway to use SSO authentication. Unfortunately, the settings are not being applied.

Cause Copied

Root Cause: The settings were applied to an include file inside an include file. As documented, nested include files are not supported.

Solutions Copied

Solution 1: The new settings must be defined directly inside an include file.
Solution 2: The new settings can also be defined at the main setup itself.
