Can I run two Active Consoles on the same machine

The answer is yes, however there are some stipulations in place to ensure this is done in the correct manner.

Do not use a shared workspace for both Consoles, have a unique workspace per instance.

Do specify the configurations and logs to be written to a specific unique directory - per instance.

Use the -wsp flag to do this. The ActiveConsole.gci file should be modified with this.

Example

-wsp C:\ActiveConsole2\ACGA6.3\Logs

-gse-wsp

C:\ActiveConsole2\ACGA6.3\Logs
