How to fix = ERROR: CONNECTOR ERROR: Secure Connection from 'IP_Address' received on insecure port. Dropping connection

One of the reasons is that the gateway is making a secure connection to Netprobe while the Netprobe is running on a nonsecure port. The solution is to disable/untick the secure checkbox in the Netprobe configuration.

Delete the check box inside the red circle.
