Change Web-mon plugin timeout

Web-mon plugin timeout, scenario timeout, change timeout, edit timeout, web-mon scenarios, web-mon timedout, web-mon fail.

• Web-mon plugin shows the status TIMEDOUT and the detail Maximum screnario time of 60 seconds exceeded.

• Root Cause 1: Scenario has reached the maxim default timeout which is 60 seconds.

• Solution Root Cause 1: Scenario timeout can be increased by editing the SuccessCriteria from the Scenario.
