Why does zombie process with the Solaris netprobe increasing rapidly?

Solaris has a limitation of having 256 file descriptors for 32 bit applications. It turns out that the Solaris stdio library has a hardcoded limit of 255. In order to exceed this max, you have to load in a supplemental library.
