What is the difference between include.history and include.download files?

History Files:

History files are backups of include or setup files created when you made a config change and consequently saved the configuration. Up to 10 history copies are retained by default.

*.download files:

*.download files are basically backups or left overs of failed set-up saves and/or hotstandby transfers. As such, they can be safely deleted if everything is running normally.
