Active Console - Seeing "displayConversionInformation(Unknown Source)" error message on start-up

This usually happens when the last workspace that is loading is corrupted. It can be easily fixed though by finding the default configuration file of the Active Console.

It will depend on the version though as GA3.x.x and later have the configuration file under the %appdata%\ActiveConsole directory; you will find the configuration.xml file here. You can edit the part where it says:

<autoLoadLastGoodWorkspace>true</autoLoadLastGoodWorkspace>

Toggle this from true to false.

If you’re still using an older version of the Active Console (GA3.x.x and below), please consider upgrading as these versions are already deprecated and no longer supported.
