How to change gateway name and all paths with gateway name using refactor option
If you want to change the name of your gateway this will also impact any paths you nay have set up within the gateway. The refactor options enables you to change all instances it finds subsituting the old name with your new chosen name. Note please back up the gateway setup before using this option.
Open up the Gateway Setup Editor.
Navigate to the Operating Environment. Right click the Gateway name nd choose Refactor
This brings up an additional dialog box with all the paths identified. Type in the new gateway name in the New Name field. If there are items that you wish to be exempt from the blanket change untick the checkbox next to item on the left hand side.
A summary of the results after the run
You will need to save the changes in the Gateway Setup to proceed.
