Network - Base Opspack
This Opspack checks basic network connectivity using icmp (ping).
What You Can Monitor Copied
Opsview contains many different options for icmp checks including:
- Specifying number of packets to send
- Number of alive hosts required for success
- Specifying a source IP address or device name
- Timeout and TTL on ongoing packets

Add the Network - Base Host Template to your Opsview Monitor host.
