How to enable graph display for services using the check_icmp plugin after updating OP5 Monitor to 9.13
Problem/Error Copied
- Graphs are not displaying for services using the check_icmp plugin after the OP5 Monitor 9.13 update. This issue also persists for newly created check_icmp services.
- Unable to replicate the graph display issue in a lab environment. I’ve tried using the default template but to no avail. No relevant error messages are logged in /opt/monitor/op5/pnp/perfdata.log. Attached is the error message encountered when accessing the graphs.
